Rennes winger Ismaili Sarr has welcomed an offer from Watford.

The Hornets have made an opening bid of €30m for the midfielder, though will return with a better proposal.

Le 10 Sport says Sarr is pleased with the Hornets' attempts and would welcome a move to Vicarage Road this summer.

Rennes supremo Olivier Letang is seeking €50m to sell, though a compromise of €40-45m has been mooted.

Arsenal have also returned to the table, though are yet to make a formal offer.
