Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain delighted with Lens goal

Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was delighted to score in their 1-1 friendly result with Lens.

The England winger, who had been out of action since picking up an injury against Barcelona in February, latched onto Serge Gnabry's pass before coolly lifting the ball over the keeper to earn a draw in Arsenal's pre-season opener.

"It was quite a nice finish," he told Arsenal Player. "I do try that one quite often, but it's quite a difficult finish so it doesn't always come off.

"Luckily tonight Serge put it in the right spot for me to run on to, the keeper came running out so I thought I'd try to chip him, and it's nice to see it go in."
