Arsenal are interested in Newcastle United fullback Jose Enrique.
Toon boss Alan Pardew revealed yesterday that the Spaniard had baulked at opening talks over a new deal. Enrique's current agreement has a year to run.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has made a tentative enquiry about Newcastle left-back Enrique.
The defender is also interesting Barcelona and Liverpool.
