Arrigoni said: "Clearly it pleased me that the club publicly backed me, but I am fully aware that in my line of work it isn't easy to stay in your job when losing five on the trot. I am ready for anything.
"It is only normal that our approach is increasingly timid, as I dare anyone to dive into a match after five straight defeats. We just need that one result to turn the tide."
He added: "I know we have tough games coming up, but I have been a player and a Coach, so I know sometimes the wind can change in a moment. All I can do is keep the confidence high within the squad and look to the future."
