Argentina captain Lionel Messi hinted at tension with Poland counterpart Robert Lewandowski last night.
Both teams reached the World Cup round of 16, despite Poland losing on the night.
The match stood out for current Barcelona striker Lewandowski facing former Barca captain Messi.
The PSG star later said: "I respect everyone, both on and off the pitch. No problem.
"Nothing happens. Nothing. He does not speak Spanish. And they taught me that everything that happens on the pitch stays on the pitch, that everything that happens in a locker room is inside the locker room. Something of intimacy is not going to come out of me."
