Antonio Cassano puts hand up for Bologna move

Antonio Cassano has put his hand up for a move to Bologna.

The veteran striker insists he's capable of playing again.

“I would love to play for Bologna, as it's an incredible club and city," FantAntonio told Radio Deejay.

“They revitalised the careers of Roberto Baggio, Beppe Signori and Marco Di Vaio. I think it is the ideal place to play football and aim for something more than just Serie A safety.

“In Bologna they don't like mediocrity or the ordinary, while I don't play for money. I play only for passion now, as I've earned everything I needed to. If I was playing for money, I'd have accepted a proposal from China.

“So far there are no open doors, but I have been training regularly and lost 10kg in four months."
