Real Madrid midfielder Antonio Blanco was floating after being part of victory over Osasuna.

And the youngster says he'll happily turn out for Castilla on Sunday if needed.

“I try to make sure I'm ready whenever the coach calls on me. I'm working hard to make sure that I do as well as I can when I'm called upon. I try to play my game and help the team. [Zinedine] Zidane told me just to play my game," said the midfielder.

“This was a key game in terms of keeping ourselves in the title race. We worked hard from the first whistle and produced a great performance. We're now thinking about our next game, in the Champions League, and reaching the final.

“It's an honour to play with Casemiro, who's a role model. He gives me so much advice and I'm proud to play alongside him and with the best players in the world. It's an honour to wear this shirt. I'm going to keep working hard every day to be ready when the chances come my way and do as best I can. We're ready to win LaLiga and the Champions League."

On Castilla, Blanco added: “I'm delighted to be called up and I'll play on Sunday if I'm needed. I'll do all that I can to ensure that Castilla win."
