The Baggies today fly to Jerez in the southern region of Andalucía for six days, after Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Chelsea brought them their 14th point against top-ten opposition this season.
"It will be nice to get together for a few days but it is not like we're going for a jolly-up or anything," said Anichebe to the club's website.
"We'll go there to work because we've got a really important game coming up against Fulham.
"We need to start picking up three points from the games against the teams around us in the table.
"We'll both rest and work hard out there and be ready for the next game when we get back."
