Sunderland's crop of young players are capable of stepping up amid the absence of several injured first-teamers, says striker Victor Anichebe.
"They can definitely do a job," Anichebe told BBC Newcastle.
"They were so sharp, and if any of them need to be called upon they can come in and do the job."
"David Moyes is not afraid to use young players if they're good enough, they'll come in," the 28 year old continued. "That's the whole part, it's how young players get their chance."
