Anderlecht hope to hold onto Manchester City defender Philippe Sandler next season.

The young Dutchman spent this past campaign in Belgium on-loan with Anderlecht.

And HLN says there's hope at Anderlecht that City will agree to extend the arrangement a further 12 months.

Sandler joined City 18 months ago from PEC Zwolle in Holland.

The defender, 23, has a contract to 2022.
