Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera says the prospect of being club captain isn't an obsession for him.
With current skipper Antonio Valencia to leave in June, Herrera has been mentioned as a potential successor.
But he told Marca: "Retire as a United captain? That would be fine.
"But what I want is the respect and the affection of the supporters.
