Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has cooled talk of going through the season unbeaten.

With Chelsea in such superb form it has been suggested they could emulate Arsenal and go through an entire ­campaign undefeated.

Ancelotti insisted: "It is ­impossible. When ­Arsenal went unbeaten there weren't so many competitive sides.

"Now it's not just the top four because we have the likes of Manchester City, Tottenham and Everton."
