Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is confident of a successful summer market.
Ancelotti believes he will get the financial backing to bring in the players he needs.
"We are looking to improve the squad, trying to find the best players for us that can improve the squad," the manager remarked.
"We will find them, because there are a lot of good players around the world.
"Yes [confident of backing] because we have a possibility to find, as I said, the right players to improve this team."
When asked if this is the most difficult job he has faced in his career, the Italian chose to focus on the positive aspects of the project ahead.
He said: "Every year I think a manager has difficulties. You can have more difficulties and less, but difficulties and solving problems are an important part of your job.
"I feel this is a challenge. It's an exciting challenge, because the project here is really interesting and I'm involved in it 100%.
"If I am able to bring Everton to fight and compete in the Premier League for the top positions it will be a fantastic success for me."
