American billionaire Todd Boehly plans second offer for Chelsea

American billionaire Todd Boehly has not dropped plans to buy out Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.

The Telegraph says Boehly is preparing to make an improved offer to buy Chelsea after his first bid was rejected.

Boehly values the club at £3bn and has made Chelsea his number one target.

Abramovich values the Blues at £3.74bn and insists they are not for sale, but this has not put the LA Dodgers part-owner off.

Boehly, who is valued at nearly £5bn, owns 20 percent of the Major League Baseball franchise and previously made a bid to buy Tottenham Hotspur in 2014.
