Altinordu president Mehmet Seyit Ozkan has revealed Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu is on his way to England this summer.

The Turkey international has been linked with Arsenal and Manchester United.

And Ozkan, who sold Soyuncu to Freiburg, believes he will be playing in the Premier League next season.

"Caglar Soyuncu is in the Premier League. Big clubs are after him," he said.

Asked about Bayern Munich, he added "There's not much information about that, but I've heard that they're watching him."
