Jozy Altidore continued his brilliant start to the Dutch Eredivisie season with a hat-trick in AZ Alkmaar's 4-0 win over Roda JC on the weekend.
The 22-year old striker fired home Viktor Elm's through ball in the 13th minute before his cross-goal attempt was knocked in by Erik Falkenburg just before the half-hour mark.
Altidore made it 3-0 in the 40th minute when he controlled with his chest before slotting his second and then completed the treble in the 65th minute.
The hat-trick takes Altidore's league tally to seven from five appearances to add to his total of 15 scored in 26 starts last season.
