Alphonse Areola insists he's happy with his first months at Fulham.

The goalkeeper is on-loan at the Cottagers this season from PSG.

He said, "I come here every day with a smile, happy to work, to work hard.

"I am happy to be here and to take advantage of my time here. I'm happy to find the competition and the rhythm again, I didn't play a lot last season, so I'm having fun. I'm trying to do my best, we are not having the desired results so far, but we are making progress.

"We will fight to the end. I made some good saves against Wolverhampton and West Ham, but I prefer to win. It's good to do my job, but I prefer the team to win."
