Alnwick has no Spurs regrets

Ben Alnwick insists he doesn't regret his move to Tottenham.

The former Sunderland No1 worked as backup keeper at Spurs behind Paul Robinson and Radek Cerny last season.

"The first six months have been good and I feel an improvement in myself," said the 20-year-old keeper. "Working with the likes of Robbo is a massive step up for me and obviously it has helped me, while Hans is a great coach."

And he also told the official Spurs website: "It is completely different to what I was used to because I'm now training with world-class players like Robbie Keane and that has got to improve you. I could never have imagined this a year ago."
