Allegri admits he's working on English ahead of Premier League move

Former Juventus and AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has admitted that he is working on his English.

The Italian has not worked since leaving Juve in the summer.

But he is not interested in moving to a new job mid-season, which means he will wait until the summer for his next role.

Allegri spoke with ESPN FC about his future plans and the English lessons he has been taking.

He said: "I am taking lessons here in Milan. I manage to speak quite well. I find the listening part a bit more difficult.

"If I'm talking to someone who helps me out by speaking a little slower then I understand. I watch films [in English] and if I read something in English I understand it fine."

The 52-year-old has been linked to Manchester United and Arsenal in the past few months.
