Real Madrid signing Alipio is determined to make the most of his dream move.
The 16 year-old Brazilian striker will kickoff his Real career with the club's Castilla team and he said: "Coming to Europe, my thoughts were always about joining a big club and working hard to become a great player.
"Now I am training to reach that goal.
"There's a lot expected of you at Real Madrid. A player who plays for a big club always has to take responsibility, I am no different. I am aware of my responsibilities. I know that I must meet all expectations.
"I have to work calmly, without haste."
Alipio added: "The club is treating me very well. I made my debut against the US U20 team (he scored twice) and there were no reporters there to watch me.
"I want to reach the top as quickly as possible. I do not set goals, because I always surpass them. I just want to be a great player."
