Alexis Sanchez wants a buyout clause included in his new Arsenal deal.

The Mirror says Alexis has demanded a release clause be included in any new contract he signs at Arsenal.

The winger is also hoping for a significant raise on his £140,000-a-week wages, with reports in Italy yesterday claiming he was looking for £170,000-a-week despite already being the club's top earner.

Arsene Wenger is hoping to tie the Chile international, along with Mesut Ozil, down to a longer deal with both out of contract in 2018.

He will knock back any offer unless it comes with a release clause inserted.
