Manchester United striker Alexis Sanchez says he needs to play to maintain his "spark".
Sanchez confesses he loses his sharpness if he isn't playing regularly.
He told BBC Sport: “I think I'm an experienced player and I think I know what I need to do and what I shouldn't do. I know when I need to take a player on and when not to.
“I'm a player that, if I'm not in contact with the ball, I lose that spark, and sometimes I want to play in every game. I want to train even if we've played the day before.
“I would like to have brought more joy to the club, more things. Gradually I'd say, time will tell what happens."
