Alexander Isak has assured Real Sociedad fans of his commitment.

Isak says he is fully focused on achieving his objectives at La Real and said as much in an interview in the local media.

"[The fans[ need to be calm, I am," he told El Diario Vasco.

"My objective is to finish the season is the best way. There is one game remaining and I have said that I feel very good here,No one knows what will happen in the future. Neither you or I.

"I take everything calmly. I have a contract with Real Sociedad and [returning after the summer] is the plan."

He went on to analyse the 2020/21 campaign as a whole.

"It has been a good season, for me and also for the team," the Swede said.

"Now, let's see if we finish fifth, qualify for the Europa League and achieve the objective. If we finish sixth, I believe that it won't change anything because we will still be in the Europa League. To be honest, if we finish seventh it will not be good for us.

"We also won the Copa del Rey, which was historic for Real Sociedad and we are very proud of that."
