Liverpool ace Trent Alexander-Arnold has warned his teammates that mistakes could cost them the Premier League title.

The Reds slipped six points behind league leaders Chelsea with a 3-2 loss to West Ham United on Sunday.

Alexander-Arnold scored at London Stadium, but it is at the back where he believes Liverpool must improve.

"It was very frustrating on all fronts - we never played the football we wanted to and we are very disappointed with ourselves," he said.

"We came with a game plan and we never executed it at all. So now we have to learn the lesson from it because we have a massive game with Arsenal when we come back.

"We've got to analyse what went wrong, but just like if we won it 3-2 today we have got to put this past us, learn what you need to learn, put it behind you and focus on the next game.

"It was disappointing from us because we talked about West Ham being a really good set piece team and they only had about two corners…and scored from both of them. So we have to work on that and make sure it doesn't happen again."
