Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold hopes his England teammate Jadon Sancho will reject Manchester United.

Sancho is being linked with a move for the Red Devils.

But Alexander-Arnold, who is familiar with Sancho's skills from his time with the national team, wants the exciting winger to join Liverpool instead.

Sancho is at Borussia Dortmund and the club may want a fee of £100 million to part with the player this summer.

"If he [Sancho] came to us, he'd make our team better," Alexander-Arnold told Michael Dapaah on Instagram live.

"So I'd be more than happy for him to come.

"I played with him for England and he's a special, special, special, special talent."
