Alex Telles is pushing Porto to sell him to Manchester United.

The Mirror says Telles will push to leave Porto over the coming days after United made contact once again.

The Red Devils are keen on signing a left-back after making it a top matter of business this summer.

It has led the Old Trafford outfit to their secondary target - Porto star Telles.

According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Telles is set to push for a departure from the Estadio do Dragao.

The 27-year-old could cost as little as £17m, with Porto wary of his contract situation.

Telles will become a free agent next summer and the Primeira Liga outfit would rather sell now than lose him for nothing the following year.
