Alejandro Garnacho took to social media last night to apologise to Manchester United fans.
The Argentina U20 winger was part of the team that was thrashed 7-0 at Liverpool on Sunday.
This 7-0 defeat is the biggest defeat Manchester United has suffered since the 7-0 loss they conceded against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Boxing Day in 1931.
Garnacho posted to social media: "We are so sorry.
"We will give you a reaction on Thursday, Reds."
On Thursday Manchester United will face Real Betis in the first leg of the Europa League round of 16.
