Toby Alderweireld is of the belief that Euro2016 will be a blessing in disguise for Tottenham's key players.
Alderweireld himself will join 10 Spurs teammates at this summer's UEFA tournament and he feels it is a great chance for he and his teammates to gain experience and maturity ahead of next season's title pursuit.
"Of course, it's good for the club that we have a lot of internationals going and the experience the players are getting from going to this kind of tournament is massive as well," he told the club's official website.
"You take it all back to your club afterwards and you get better, you become more mature and get extra experience from it."
Alderweireld will be alongside Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Danny Rose, Kyle Walker, Eric Dier (all England), Hugo Lloris (France), Ben Davies (Wales), Jan Vertonghen and Mousa Dembele (Belgium) and Kevin Wimmer (Austria) in France this summer.
