Albinoleffe teenager Christian Esposito is keen to play in Australia. The 18-year old Adelaide-born midfielder is currently plying his trade in Italy's Serie B with the northern club but has stated his intent to experience football in his homeland.

"I'd like to play in Australia and in the Asian Champions League," Esposito said from Bergamo.

"My club has allowed me to go and gain experience in another football world.

"I've heard so much about the club and now Australia has made its mark after the national team qualified for another World Cup."

Adelaide United and Central Coast Mariners are believed to be interested.
