Al Sadd coach Xavi admits a return to Barcelona is in the career plan.

The ex-midfielder, who has retired and is now the coach of Al Sadd in Qatar, has recently completed his UEFA Pro Licence at Las Rozas in Madrid.

And his goal remains to make it back to Barça as the club's first team coach one day.

"My dream is to go back as Barça coach," he said in part of the interview which has been released early.

"That is my objective, but it's not an obsession."
