Prospective Portsmouth owner Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim will be on the south coast today.

Al Fahim said yesterday: "I am going to England, London, tonight.

"On Friday I will be in Portsmouth to talk to them. I am meeting officials in Portsmouth, the manager and the coaches."

While Al Fahim laughed off suggestions that former Pompey boss Harry Redknapp was lined up for return to the club, he denied that Sven Goran Eriksson was a target to become manager.

Al Fahim said: "He (Eriksson) is not on the shortlist. But nothing is finalised yet."
