Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim is expected to complete his takeover of Portsmouth this week.

Executive chairman Peter Storrie explained outgoing owner Sacha Gaydamak will meet Al Fahim in the coming days.

He told The News: "Sacha Gaydamak will meet the new people this week. Most of the work has been done with myself so far. Some of the due diligence process is done already.

"There will be a more detailed process this week, and it will take as long as it needs. We're not getting carried away yet.

"The deal is not done until it's done."
