Ajax striker Mounir El Hamdaoui is being linked with a return to England.
The former Tottenham striker came close to joining West Ham United in August.
And the Sunday Mirror says Fulham boss Mark Hughes is lining up a permanent move for El Hamdaoui.
Hughes is keen on El Hamdaoui and his Dutch club would be willing to take the fee in instalments.
The £8million-rated Moroccan international, 26, is attracting interest from several European clubs. He was at Tottenham in 2005 but never made an appearance.
