Steven Bergwijn has announced he wants to leave Tottenham.
The midfielder is the subject of an offer from Ajax, while Manchester United are also interested.
The Holland international said today: "Have I talked to (Ajax coach) Alfred Schreuder about my future? Right now I am with the national team, so we have to look at it afterwards.
"It will be nice if clarity comes soon. I'm just going to go out and play. But it's definite I want away from Spurs now."
For the winger, it is not a decisive factor whether the new club plays in the Champions League.
"It's not the most important thing, although it would be nice. What's important is that I get to play."
