Premier League club Swansea City have agreed a deal for Ajax defender Mike van der Hoorn, according go reports.
The 23-year-old, who will travel to the Wales club to discuss personal terms this week, will cost around £2million.
The former Dutch U21 international confirmed the transfer and told reporters in Holland that he is delighted with the chance to play in Premier League.
He also added: "Swansea are a great club."
