Real Madrid's attempt for Hoffenheim coach Julian Nagelsmann is no surprise for Alfred Schreuder.
Now with Ajax, Schreuder was assistant coach to Nagelsmann at Hoffenheim for two years.
He told BILD "I'm not surprised that Real asked. All the top clubs in Europe know what he does and keep an eye on him. That's only logical for me.
"Julian is the best, I've never seen one that has so much quality, it's unbelievable."
Asked if Nagelsmann could handle Real's superstar locker room, Schreuder was convinced.
"He would be one hundred percent be able to deal with them. If he speaks and explains something, they would immediately feel that he is a special trainer. That he knows and is a winner."
