Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri's agent has warned management that his client needs to be playing regular football.

According to agent Edgardo Lasalvia, Pellistri's game time is still insufficient.

In an interview with Uruguayan media outlet Sport 890, Lasalvia explained how he sees his client's career progressing from here onwards.

He explained: "It's clear to us that Manchester United want Facu Pellistri to stay at the club, one of the greatest in the world. However, we need him to play.

"There are many options in Europe for him."
