Nikola Kalinic has struggled to hold down first-team football since arriving at Ewood Park in 2009 courtesy of former Rovers boss Sam Allardyce. The Croatian striker has grown frustrated at his lack of opportunities, and there is a chance he could seek a move elsewhere this summer.
"We want to talk to the coach as soon as possible so we know what happens next," said Kalinic's agent Tomislav Erceg.
"Nikola is contracted to Blackburn but there are a lot of clubs who we believe would want him."
