Liverpool are keeping tabs on Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Marcelo Brozovic leading up to the January market.

Brozovic, 19, moved to Dinamo only in August from Lokomotiva, signing a seven-year deal in the process.

His representatives have confirmed the interest of Liverpool after a superb start to his career at Dinamo.

Nikky Vuksan has close ties to Dinamo and rates Brozovic highly. He told tribalfooball.com: "Brozovic is one of the up and coming players in Croatia.

"(But) whether he is ready or not (for a move to the Premier League), you must ask the managers in England!"
