The agent of Sporting Lisbon midfielder Miguel Veloso has warned Manchester United they face competition for the Portugal international.

Paulo Barbosa said: "He's honoured by the interest of Manchester United. There are many clubs interested in my client, but he is a Sporting player and happy in Lisbon."

Along with United, Real Madrid and Inter Milan have also been tracking Veloso this season.
