The agent of Santos whi Neymar says the youngster wants a move to Chelsea.
Santos are fighting to keep the 18-year-old and even accused the Blues of tapping up the youngster, something that has been denied by chairman Bruce Buck.
But, despite the striker claiming he is happy at Santos, his representative insists a deal can be done.
"Neymar does not want an improved contract with Chelsea," explained his agent Wagner Ribeiro to Radio Globo.
"What he wants is to further his career and become the best player in the world.
"That is why Chelsea are the best option. Neymar wants to go to Europe."
