Agent says Fiorentina have permanent option in deal for Wolves striker Cutrone

The agent of Wolves striker Patrick Cutrone says his Fiorentina deal includes the option to buy.

Cutrone moved on loan for €3m in January with an option to buy for a further €16m in June 2021.

“We worked hard to bring Patrick to Florence and he is happy to be here," agent Giovanni Branchini told Radio Bruno.

“He expects to have the same chances as the others, so when he comes off the bench, he's never grumpy, always putting lots of grit into his performance.

“It was a long and complicated negotiation because Wolverhampton wanted the option to buy him back. In order for the obligation to buy to activate, he has to play 26 games from the start. So far, he's had 11."
