The agent of Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma says the youngster is keen on joining Hamburg.
Hamburg coach Armin Veh is anxious about tying up a loan deal for the Holland international.
And agent Wessel Weezenberg said: "We've known Hamburg SV have been following Jeffrey's progress for some time.
"Jeffrey sees a loan move to HSV as a good opportunity. Certainly, Jeffrey wants the chance to play more."
