Galatasaray midfielder Felipe Melo is fielding interest from Inter Milan.

The former Juventus midfielder's agent has confirmed contact with the Nerazzurri.

"Like all players, Felipe would love to play for a side like Inter, but the Nerazzurri have to talk to Galatasaray because he still has a year left on his contract," Jose Rodriguez told FcInterNews.it.

"There is nothing official, but there has been some contact with Inter and Mancini knows what Melo can give to the team.

"I am aware of the fact Inter are looking for one or two midfielders who can be first choices and I think at the moment Felipe would comfortably fit into their first team."
