Agent Fali Ramadani is working with Liverpool over a move for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
The Senegal international is expected to leave Napoli this summer and favours a move to England.
Il Mattino reports Ramadani is set to return to Naples to 'formalise Liverpool's offer' for Koulibaly.
The offer would not exceed €80m while Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis still apparently wants a fee of €100m from the sale of his prized asset.
The 29-year-old is regarded as one of Europe's best defenders and it has already been suggested that installing him alongside Virgil van Dijk would create the 'world's best central defence'.
