The agent of Lautaro Martinez admits the Inter Milan striker had plenty of transfer interest over the summer.

The Argentina international was a top target for Barcelona, but terms couldn't be settled with the Nerazzurri.

Alberto Yaque told TNT: "Many things were said about his transfer in the summer but then there was nothing concrete.

"He has another two years of contract with Inter, the transfer market session has just ended and we haven't sat down to talk yet with Inter."

It's suggested a new five-year contract will soon be tabled by Inter for Martinez and Yaque's consideration.
