Chelsea could be set to lose Jorginho to Juventus, shortly after the departure of their manager Maurizio Sarri to the same team.

With Sarri taking over at the Italian champions and Frank Lampard set for the Chelsea job, Jorginho's future has come in for scrutiny.

The central midfielder is integral to Sarri's style of play, but was not a huge hit with Blues fans during his first season at the club.

While the player's agent did not indicate such a move, he did suggest that Sarri would be a certain success at Juventus.

"Sarri already showed at Napoli and Chelsea that he is a top level Coach," Joao Santos said to reporters.

"At a club like Juve, who have been so well-organised for years, he can only improve and continue to win. I've been tracking Sarri for five years and his style of football is very entertaining.

"Juventus will change, because before they would win without being convincing. Now they'll convince too."
