The agent of Barcelona whiz Gavi has been seen at Real Madrid's HQ.

Gavi's contract with Barcelona runs until June 30, 2023.

The two parties have yet to reach an agreement on his potential renewal, even if the Spain international is willing to stay put. In the meantime, however, the visit of Gavi's agent Ivan de la Pena to Real Madrid's offices in Valdebebas a few days ago triggered rumours about potential Los Blancos interest in the Barcelona midfielder, says Marca.

However, De la Pena went to Valdebebas to negotiate the contract renewal of Real Madrid B midfielder Marc Cucalon.

It should be noted that De la Pena, who plied his trade at Barcelona, had come close to joining Real Madrid in the past, but his family finally opted for a move to the Blaugrana.

Gavi himself has previously turned down Real Madrid and opted for Barcelona, while something similar happened with his teammate Nico Gonzalez, who made clear that he wants to play for Barcelona when Los Blancos came knocking.
