Chelsea midfielder Jorginho could join five other clubs, his agent has claimed.

The Italy star has constantly been linked with a return to Serie A in recent seasons.

With uncertainty surrounding Chelsea's future, Jorginho has once again been linked with a return to Italy.

Speaking at the Pallermo Football Conference, via TMW, his agent Joao Santos said: "For him, playing in Serie A is a dream.

"His heart is there.

"Today he can play in 4/5 teams: Milan, Inter, Juve, Roma or Napoli."
