High-profile Italian agent Andrea Di Lella has confirmed Manchester United will bid for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly this summer.

Di Lella rates United as favourites to land the big Senegal international.

He told AreaNapoli.it: "Koulibaly is certainly one of the best central defenders in the world and it is normal that he gets the attention of the biggest international clubs.

"It is clear that Real Madrid has a great interest, but it is not the only one. PSG has also investigated him, but the biggest interest comes from England, with Manchester United ready to take advantage of the Senegalese's level to improve their central defence and rebuild almost it in its entirety."
